Terms of Service

1. The service

AgentPod hosts AI tools for you: an AI gateway, automation workspaces, AI agents and related software (the “Service”). AgentPod is a hosting and software provider. The AI models themselves are provided by third parties you choose, under their own terms.

The Service is operated by Benny Subarja, a sole proprietorship registered in Indonesia (NIB 3110220044677).

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login, for everything done through your account, and for keeping your API keys and app connections secure.

3. Your AI keys and providers

You use your own API keys. Charges from AI providers (for example OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek or Groq) are between you and them; our prices cover hosting only. You must follow each provider's terms. Consumer AI subscriptions (such as Claude Pro or Max) may not be routed through the Service.

Spending limits you set are applied on a best-effort basis and reset if a service restarts. They are not a guarantee against provider charges.

4. Billing

Services are billed in advance, monthly or for a 3, 6 or 12-month plan where offered. A service starts once its invoice is paid; an order left unpaid for 3 days is cancelled. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the service is paused until it is. We may change prices with notice; a change applies from your next billing period.

Payments are made in USDT (BEP20 or TRC20), PayPal, or other methods shown at checkout. PayPal payments must come from a PayPal account; card payments are not accepted. If a PayPal payment is disputed, the service it paid for is paused until the dispute is resolved. If the payment is reversed or charged back, that invoice is owed again and PayPal may no longer be offered to the account.

Refunds. You can stop at any time; a period already paid runs until its end and is not refunded. If a service fails because of us, for example one that cannot be started within 7 days of your first payment, or an outage on our side lasting more than 24 hours, we credit the affected time to your account. Credit is applied to your next invoices and is not paid out in cash or crypto.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to attack or overload other systems, to send spam or mass messages, to log in automatically to platforms that forbid it, to mine cryptocurrency, to distribute malware, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. AI output

AI models can be wrong and can act on content they read. Automations and agents do what you configure them to do. Review what they produce, and you remain responsible for actions taken with your accounts and apps.

7. Availability

We work to keep services online 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, AI provider outages or events outside our control may interrupt it.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for AI provider charges, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Changes and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by not renewing. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
